We have logged a request of removing and relocation of TATA sky HD box on last Friday 20 April 2012.
Till date the same has not been resolved.

We have common dish antenna from TATA sky itself.
But still not received the connection.

Had also spoken to Mr. Anthony Supervisor from Tata sky but nothing happened.
We are not receiving any call from TATA sky regarding Status. Secondly whenever we call we always get service as new complaint has been logged.
Every time a new person visit and he is unable to resolve the query. The person leave the premises without informing the status to us.
Some of the name who came are Mr. Vaibhav - [protected],
Mr. Nitesh - [protected]
Atleast 10 different people visited us after we called TATA sky. But none of them is unable to solve the query.
We require our extension of TATa sky period by 10 days, as we have paid the money but are unable to watch TV. Was this information helpful? |
Tata Sky HD — NO REPLACEMENT RECEIVED TILL DATE
dear sir,My Id no is [protected] i have purchase TATA SKY HD in may-2011 but due to the technical problem in your Hd box i m not able to watch it from last 8-10 days
i give the complent twices of time haveing no 1-[protected] dt 17.10.2011 & 1-[protected] -19.10.2011 you service engg came & told that problem in your box & it's recplaced in 24 hrs but from last 7 days your dealer says that no new HD BOX AVAILABE in his stock
pl look in this matter & solve on urgent basis
