A recent episode in installing a second Tata Sky connection at my home has been an eye opener, the way this organization deals with their customers. To start with, the HD set-top box got delivered after one week as against the 4 days committed. Then the technicians come and damage the walls (and according to them this kind of damage to customer property happens!!!). But what is more alarming is that when I refused to sign the work order form wrt installation, they forged my signature and charged me for 34meters of cable (Rs 200) as against the actual length of <14m (Rs50). While I cannot comment if it is an act of vengeance or a practice usually followed by Tata Sky, the fact remains they have stolen from me and damaged my property and despite raising complaints repeatedly, the customer service has not addressed/ escalated the same nor provided me with any customer redressal coordinate.
