[Resolved] Tata Sky — Disconnection of service | |||
On 14th Feb.2011 I had taken a Tata Sky subscription for PVR box and one year Mega Pack by paying online Rs.9,300. The subscriber ID given was [protected]. The service was connected on 18.Feb.2011. On 21.Feb.2011 I got an SMS saying I have to pay Rs.1302 to continue the subscription. When I called up the Customer Service no. of Tata Sky and enquired about the additional payment, they had no clue. I pointed out that the payment was made as indicated by their sales executive - Mr. Ashwin on 14.Feb.2011. Without any further notice Tata Sky disconnected my service on 22.Feb.2011. When I contacted their customer service again on 22.Feb.2011, they indicated that there was a problem at their end and were trying to sort it out. I sent them two e-mails and except for an auto response, my service has not been restored. This is high handed on the part of Tat Sky to accept payment on line and then turn around and disconnect the service. P. N. Reddy Was this information helpful? | |||
