I am strange to understand that Tata Sky is been with services Industry. I am been suffering from your services since last 2 Days.
I have put plenty service request for swifting part In my location whereas I am been paying for that 600 Rs. For the same, I am been atleast call 5 times in 2 days just for that and online query through site. Nobody taking it seriously. every time call give me time and it is extended from 2 days. Stiil nobody came to my place...
What I can say Pathetic Service, Please at least value to your word you are been fooling to me, It was indeed the worst day, a NIGHTMARE THE DAY I BOUGHT Tatasky. KINDLY TREAT THIS MATTER AS URGENT. I HAVE ALL MY FAMILY USING Tata Sky SINCE THE LAST 8Month BUT NEVER FACED ANY SUCH PROBLEM. NOW WE CANNOT TAKE THIS ATTITUDE BY Tatasky. GUESS Tata Sky MIGHT HAVE GROWN AS A BRAND BUT HAS TRULY DETERIORATED TOO LOW IN TERMS OF ITS SERVICES. MAY I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET IT DONE ASAP.
