Tata Sky Ltd — Not servicing

Dear sir/madam,

My name is Mahesha.U. I have a TATASKY DTH connection([protected]) since 2007. From last 2 weeks i'm facing some technical problems with my connection. Pictures are freezing and some channels are unable to view. On August 13th I have lodged a complaint regarding technical issue. An installer named Shashikumar came on 14th evening 7.15. It was dark already. He tried to check problem what we complained to the customer service for 10 minutes. Around 7.25 he informed me, Sir i couldn't rectify the problem what you are facing, so we will come early morning and attend the issue. I said ok and please do come early in the next morning. He said okay sir your service is pending and we won't take service charge until it resolved. All of a sudden i have received a message saying your WO#[protected] has been completed by the installer N.Shashikumar. I was shocked and call back to the customer service center [protected] and informed the details what the installer said to me. Customer service person assured me, don't need to worry tomorrow early in the morning your problem will be solved. I said its okay but don't take the service charge. He replied dont worry we won't take service charge till it has been solved. I have waited till 15th of August, the service man hasn't come. I called CC they told me wait till 8.30PM. That time passed but service man did not come. Then I called the installer N.Shashikumar([protected]) He said to me ..Your DTH has been permanently Damaged please buy new one. I surprise. I angrily replied to him, without checking the set top box deeply how can you say it's damaged? You came first and rectify the problem. He told me with negligence...I won't come do anything or complain to anybody. I called CC and informed the things what the installer told me. But, CC said we will send an alternate installer soon and solve the issue. In the mean while service charge amount 125 rupees deducted from my DTH balance saying your service completed. I called CC again and asked what's going on. They said we will attend your problem soon and taken a new complaint. But the service man hasn't come. I called CC again and again. They told me to wait n wait.On 20th August I talked with higher officials regarding my problem. They said me to you have replace ANTENNA and its cost is around 250 rupee. If you are ready to pay this we will arrange early in the morning on 21st August I said okay i'm ready to pay. Now its 22nd August. My service not done so far. I called service center nearly 100 times and raised many complaints. But my problem is alive. Finally i decided to lodge a complaint for neglecting the service of a customer. Through your consumer forum i demanding to do refund my installed balance 3999 rupees what has been given when i bought the connection on 2007 and its interest 4800 rupees for 3999. my mobile calling charge around 75 rupees and 1000 rupees for mentally torture what i got from last 9 days. And demanding to take severe action on installer N.Shashikumar.
