[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Relocation Harrasment

I write this mail with regret and to lodge a complaint against your non professional staff and their procrastinate behavior and service. I unfortunately became atata sky customer three years ago and now have two seprate connections of it at my place. My client id is [protected]. I had put in a request to relocate my connection to my new rented accommodation some 300 meters away from my old residence on 18th feb 2011, on which I was told that the same would be done the next day on 19th of feb. when it was not done on that day I called up again and was told that the local engineer would call me the next day and would do it . The local engineer (called me and told that it would surely be done by Sunday and as usual that deadline was also missed. I called up again only to talk to your escalation team where one of the engineers took my call and assured me that it would be installed by Monday the deadline was missed again. On my next talk with some other engineer in the escalation team I was again assured that rain , hail ,storm I would have my installation by Tuesday, nothing new by now your company again missed the deadline. Today is 23rd and I spoke with Mr.A in escation team who assured me he would he would revert my call with a resolution after talking to the field team in half an hour …….. But promises are kept by human beings …….. When I called up again Amit refused to come online . Just pathetic attitude .

Tata Sky DTH T.V. services — Refusal to give break in services

I am a user of Tata Sky DTH T.V. for past two years.
My User I.D. is[protected]
I have made the annual subscription of Rs.2600 to the company in Sep 2008 for one year.
Now I am going out of India for 100 days w.e.f. 15 June 2009. I have requested the company through their call centre to stop the feed for my absence period from 15th June to 18th Sep.2009.
They are not accepting my request.
It means once they got the money in advance the will dictate the terms.
Ethics and commensence says that if a customer requests that I don't want your services for a long periond they should do so.
I am not asking my money back. Simply I am requesting them to continue the services after the break for the period from 15 June to 18 Sep.2009 and I should not be charged for the services which I dont want.
Will anybody listen me
I hava a promlem in my Tata Sky re-installment/relocation.I have applied for re-location on 23/02/2011, request ref WO No:1-[protected] alrady four days over, but it is not re-install yet.My TV is ideal yet.I have called several times in customer Care but no improvement.I donot know what kind of service you are providing?I have already spend 200 Rs for an re-installment.If you want I can give the break of the expanditure.I shall be oblige if short out my problem
I am an unfortunate customer of TATASKY with CID-[protected]. My digicomp stopped receiving signal due to installation of another dish belonging to another service provider. It is three clear days now, though I made many calls to their Call centre, after two visit from their teams, all promising that a different team will come for relocation, the work is still pending with no solution in sight. In view of the above, my queries are as under.
1. Why does it take more than three days to rectify a fault? (Still no guarantee that the fault will get rectified even on the fourth day. I can expect a third team also to come to my house and tell me the obvious that the dish needs to be shifted.) Is this the service level, TATASKY promises to its customers?
2. When the work order was issued for relocation of the dish to the second team why did they come un-prepared. Or is it that “TATASKY” thinks all customers are fools to pay for multiple visits of technicians for resolution of a problem.
3. What is the so called “SYSTEM’ of TATASKY which does not take care of customer requirements? Is TATASKY driven by the so called SYSTEM or human are driving the system?
3. Is TATASKY technology so inferior that just because another dish got installed in the vicinity of my dish, the signals gets blocked?
4. Why is your IVR system so lousy, that when I select English as the language, the call gets diverted to a Hindi speaking executive? He then pleads to me to speak to him in Hindi.

TATA SKY DTH — relocation

The request for relocation was registered by the company on 01 11 2011 vide registration no[protected]. Nobody turned up till now . It has never happened before when I had connection in North India. But after coming to Mumbai, facing difficulty every time.
