Tata Sky — Unnecessary deactivate service | |||
am onkar kulkarni from pune. My Tata Sky ID is [protected]. I am using Tata Sky DTH from last 6 months, recently I shifted my home. They have deducted from my account 250 rs as per procedure for reallocation. After that they have deducted extra 500 rs. I have called to customer care about this issue, and they just come back by reply that your complaint has been forawrded, and the deducted amount will be credited in your account. Still amount is not credited to my account and my service is deactivated, as there is no balance left in the account. Instead of solviong the issue they are asking me to recharge the account. We are not at all satisfied with the customer care service. I would suggest not to use tata sky service,as service is very poor and specially tata sky customer care executives are not having sense how to talk with customers.
