on 2nd oct.2010 i have relocated my tatasky to my new address but on that day the company men was not able to start my tatasky which was attached to my TV tunner card in my new brand computer set.i was told that there is some mistake in my computer. i then made complaint to my computer engineer and show that there was no problem of my computer set. then once again i called customercare told the same and requested not to levyRs 350 again in my account. my request was accepted by customer care.and she send engineer who had computer knowlegde to my residence . he was able to start my TV in my computer. after somedays i found that tatasky has deducted Rs 350 from my account.and now my account is in Rs -180 and tatasky has stop my telecase since25 oct 2010. IS IT FAIR TO CHARGE TWICE WITHING PERIOD OF 15 DAYS.BY COMPANY LIKE TATASKY? Was this information helpful? |
