[Resolved] Tata Sky — extra Installation charges levied | |||
Sir, I have applied for new TATA sky connection through my mobile :[protected]. My subscriber Id is:[protected]. At the first time when I talked to customer care they have told me that I need to pay 999/- which is one time change for Hardware+Instalation and no hidden charge will be applied to me. As per our conversation I have paid 999/- through my credit card,however at the time of installation I was asked to pay Rs 500/- extra to install their hardware (Dish) on window instead of terrace. It was not at all communcated to me earlier and I was told that there will be no other hidden charge;but I had to pay total 1500/- to get the connection. I aslo refused to pay this extra amount ;but I got the call from customer care that in such a case my cooncetion will be disconnected.
