[Resolved] Tata Sky — poor performance; poor service; rude call centre | |||
Our Tatasky STB stopped working over 15 hours ago, and on complaining the service centre supervisor said it'd take 2 hours to fix, a line that's been repeated to our society manager since 8am this morning. It is 4pm now. When pointed out that this is not the service expected from Tata, we were rudely told that "we never promised you anything quicker when you subscribed"! When we said that this was not the service we expected from the Tatas, the SUPERVISOR SLAMMED THE PHONE ON US! Unbelievable rudeness! What does one do in such a situation?
