Tata Sky — Technical Support Service Center | |||
The service center is pretty useless. I asked for a technician to come and check my Tata Sky because I wasn't getting a proper transmission on some of my channels. The technician came and said that the dish will need to be replaced and asked me to report this to the service center so that they could send another technician to replace the dish. I called up the service center the next moment and was assured that, being a premium subscriber, they would replace the dish that day itself and I won't be charged any additional amount. However, the next day when I called to ask them what happened, I was told that no second complaint was booked. I booked a complaint and was told that the technician would come at 4:30. He didn't come so I called again, to which I was told he will come at 6:30. Obviously, again he failed to turn up and I called again and they said that he will come by eleven in the morning the next day without fail. When he didn't come at even 12 the next day, I called up again and they said that he will come by 3:30 without fail. Their service center doesn't know what is going on and fails to understand the customer's needs. Was this information helpful? | |||
