I have been doing continuous telephonic and through mail complains against my tatasky plus id [protected] for showing negative balance since 16/08/2010.I have all the mails send to the customer care.I can send the emails also if you provide me the email id where i should send you.
I am attaching the credit card statement through which I did the payment.
Next is i have been unable to watch my TV since they have deactivated the services now since last 4months.
I am ready to pay them but they have to remove the negative balance then only I can pay them.The reason is otherwise the negative balance will be adjusted and I will have to repay them.
I am sure to avail the services the customer is not suppose to pay it twice.
The customer care is disguisting, intolerable,irresponsible,etc.
I informed them I will complain in the grievance cell but they are not bothered about it since according to them
you people are incapable to do anything about it.
Waiting for a positive reply at the earliest.
