Tata Sky — no response for complaint | |||
Hi Tata Sky , I am a user of the tata sky services for the past one year. I am very dissatisfied with your services since 29th May 2012. it is giving a issue of no signal. the complained is launched on 2nd june and till date the complaint is not resolved. The service vendor give missed call to customers and report back saying that customer is not receiving the call. if the person visits the person is not well equipped to resolve the complaint. there is no follow-up and not update provided. It is me who has been continuously following up but it just a waste of time Tata Sky services are getting worst day by day.. Sadly spoiling the TATA brand image.. Was this information helpful? | |||

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will check for the reason why you are facing signal problems. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and send a technician asap to fix the issue.
