[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No response in spite of repeated complaints

Consumer No: [protected] Refer : 1-[protected] date[protected] & 1-[protected] dated[protected] This is to bring to your kind attention that I had made a complaint regarding the non-functioning of my Tata Sky connection on the 19th of this month. Now today is the 09 th day without rectifying the complaint First when I called on the 19th, the concerned person said he has scheduled the visit of the technician for 02.00pm the same day. Since the technician didn't turn up on that day and the next day, I again made a complaint on 21st. While this was made, the help desk asked me whether I am making the complaint for the 1st time. So that means the earlier complain made on 19th was not even registered. Again the help desk said that they will schedule the technician visit after talking to the concerned and make it happen they day itself before 05.00pm. Till now, today is 28th August, 11.30am it has not been solved inspire of making repeated calls on 24th, 26th, 27th & today. Kindly advice me on how to go abt and also for the amount lost for the past 9 days because o[censored] r lack of support and rectification. You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7 or you could address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I am sure they will look into your matter, expedite action and resolve your issue.
