[Resolved] Tata Sky — No redressal of fault despite repeated complaints | |||
Dear Sir, My Tata Sky set top box has not been working since the 8th of November, 2010. I filed a complaint on the same day - my number is 1-[protected]. Despite repeated calls, no engineer has visited our home yet to see the situation. Everytime I call them, I am told that the engineer will visit us the next day and it will be resolved. The last time this happened was on the 24th of November, after which the same assurance was given. However, nothing has happened as yet. I am at my wits end and unsure of what to do next.
