[Resolved]  Tata Sky — set top box is not working

I am a customer of tata sky dish. From one month setop box is not working its power is off.
From 20 days i am trying to contacts with tata sky mechanic engg. my contact & adress is gave to you. but no any anwer & mech. is come to home
Is this the service of tata sky company?
This is harratioment to customers.If i realise about this service then i can not buy this dish.
so please i again requist to company that send the engg. emmediatly .
