i have been a customer of tatasky DTH since 5 yrs and never ever felt i needed to complain until yesterday when the customer care representative in mysore who bluntly rejected a claim to replace the new remote which started malfunctioning. i had a new remote purchased for 250/- rupees for which he said that no bill will be provided ( cannot be assured whether it is a new or a second hand remote which was made to look new) not even a month it stopped working ( no breakage/fell down/water contact) and when i went back to him he with his service men said that it was a faulty piece by itself and said that he would replace it but at a cost of 150/- rupees though the original cost is 250/-. He told me that he was making a favour to me by reducing the cost.Now again, i asked for the bill but i was denied.i told him that he had to give a good quality product but he cooly said that he was not bothered about it as his job was only to sell the product (faulty/good was not his concern).Hence, there are two basic complaints to be addressed. one, Tatasky is not bothered about their substandard quality.two, the money has gone to the service representative pocket (apparently tatasky is not bothered but encourages this sort). though the issue might sound trivial but they are serious issues from a customer's perspective. hence, wish these issues are addressed. TATA SKY DTH — poor quality
signal quality is poor for the last 3 days.only receiving discovery, fox history, showcase, star cj, animal planet, zee classic, zoom, e24 only. though we have taken supreme pack. Cant even read out the msgs.signal strength is ok but signal quality is not showing any bars in signal test. I have spoken to cc 2 times but no result. Kindly look into the matter
