[Resolved] Tata Sky — RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL BUT COMPANY SAY NO BALANCE RECEIVED | |||
23 october 2012 may i recharge with 301 rs. recharge is scuccesfull.(special note:- after few second balance will be updated). after 1 hour i am check my account there is no recharge then i call to the customer care the customer care support says start your set-top box i am update your account on that time there is no electricity. so care supporter said call me where electricity comes. then i am again call to the care the supporter says your recharge is scuccesful .but company cannot recieve the amount. after 24 hour may i call again the customer care said same thing..balance is deducted in my account. my tata sky subscriber id : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

On 12/07/08 Tranfer & recived sms to transfer 200/= IRS in yours mobile but balance no charge i make lot of calls to custumer service thy told it will come. My mob. No. is [protected]
