[Resolved]  Tata Sky — REINSTALLATION AFTER SHIFTING TO NEW HOME

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Mega pack subscriber of TATASKY service. I registered request in TATASKY customer care for installation of DTH setup at my new home when i shifted from Gurgaon to Noida. more than 48 hours hav passed and nobody from TATASKY has come to my home for installation of DTH setup.TATASKY is seems to be a untrusted brand they donot do what they claim in their advertisement.

Tata Sky — Re-installation

I have shifted my house recently. I had called up your helpdesk they booked request No.[protected] on 7 June. I got an SMS saying that the service will be attended on 8 June by 10 AM. The service engineer number is [protected]. The service engineer don’t bother to pick up the call . After following up so many times with customer service on 9 June the guy says it will be addressed by afternoon. Finally I get to access the service guy on 9 June evening. He simply says he went for an exam and can’t attend the call. Then someone else calls me from Tata Sky and speaks in a very harsh tone, and says the service will be done within one hour. I also get another SMS from Tata Sky stating that the disk will be re-installed at 6:30 pm. Nothing is done till now. No one bothered to call and update.

Is this the service quality of Tata Sky? Do I assume that the Tata brand provides such poor service?

I want the installation to be done immediately. I feel terrible being a customer of Tata Sky, and being harassed so much. Why should I still pay the fee for re-instalment after such harassment (they are charging Rs. 350)? I am really upset.

From last 10 days i lodged my complaint almost 20 times at your mail, call centre just to change the location of dish antenna in nearby building as I shifted to new house.

Every day I receive a call but no action. I have never seen in my life such a USELESS, PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL Service provider that too from a Group like TATA.

People without ears & eyes are sitting & just killing time without any heed on customer request.

Kuch to Sharam karo besharmo, ab to jaag jao.

I want my total recharge money back from the date of my 1st complaint and bugger "apne deebe utha ke le jao" I will shift to some other DTH service provider.

TATA SKY is the Most Third Class company of TATA Group. I have lost total faith in this group.
Dear Mr. Ratan Tata, please close this company its a big disgrace on Tata group.
You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will check the installation status. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and get you set top box installed immediately.
