[Resolved] Tata Sky — Replacement of faulty HD Set Top Box | |

Problem: Newly purchased HD Set Top Box not receiving signal. Needs warranty replacement.
I reported this problem to Tata Sky on 14th Aug and till now 2 technicians have visited and checked the entire system. The fault was identified with the HD Set Top box and the resolution was a box replacement. Till date (20th Aug) I have made at least 7 calls to Tata Sky Customer Care and written 2 email through the web portal (SR[protected], SR[protected] for which there is no response.
When I called up Tata Sky customer care on 19th Aug to check about the status, I was told that the field technician had FALSELY CLOSED the work order stating a reason of Address Mismatch. The fact is that my address has never changed since I took this connection 5 years ago.
I would like to tell Tata Sky to STOP HARASSING GENUINE OLD CUSTOMERS and replace my faulty equipment IMMEDIATELY. If this is not addressed in the next 1 day, I’ll be forced to DISCONNECT my subscription and move on to a more reliable DTH provider.

Since you are in-warranty service visit or replacement charges should not be levied. I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. . They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7.
