[Resolved]  Tata Sky Satellite Television — online recharging not activated

Payment through online made on 25/02/2010 for Rs275 as per following amount transfer detail .But still activation has not taken place even after the lapse of 18 HRS :

Pls have a look and recharge it as per my confirmation of above payment conformation .

tata sky ke packages bahut costly hain. aur koi monthly package bhi aisa nahi hai jisme sare channels include ho. jo ek package sare channels include karta hai uski cost hai 5500. kisi package me sport ka koi channel nahi hai.jabki sabhi dth me sports channels includes hain. jo log tata sky dth lene ki soch rahe hain ek baar fir se soch lo. i thinks it is worst dth service in india.
agar aap sare channels dekhna chahte hain to aapko tata sky par 500 Rs. se jyada spent karna padega. jaago grahak jaago. aur tata sky ko lene se pahle soch lo. please forward this message to trai.
Online mode of payment is one of the best ways and also fast way to recharge your account there are many offers on packs that offer cost benefit. Sometimes there are possibility of delays in update in case you have upgraded or downgraded your pack, you should check your status update once again on the completion of 24hrs from the time of recharge. The amount should also be crosschecked with your bank account to see whether it has been debited against recharge. Yet if the status does not show an update promptly contact the Tata Sky customercare billing department give them bank details as to your transaction and the amount that has been debited in favour of... They will definitely offer help and assist the process of recharging your account.
