i had logged a complaint on 12 jul 11 with your co they promised to change my sat box within 2 days but despite my repeated complains the co has not replaced my set box to date i do not want to cont as your customer pl return my bal of one year subsc and your cc staff needs to be educated on how to respond to customers & TATASKY dealer here needs to be changed or else you will have many disatisfied cust like me hope you respond My CID is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
