[Resolved] Tata Sky — relocation installation | |||
I had requested for an uninstallation & installation at a new address. their technician used to call up every morning saying we are coming today for uninstallation in the evening but that never happened. When we requested for reinstallation where the building had an internal wiring done for cable & telephone, the technician bluntly refused & used abusive language saying that we will not install the dth thru this connection. we will provide connection only through external wire. is this really the kind of technology tata sky provides to its customer Was this information helpful? | |||
