Tata Sky — Wrong Communication of Amount charged | |||
I have purchased Tata Sky set top box + 1 yr subscription service + installation charges at Rs 5029/- through telephone only. Set top box was installed and its working now. But executive has commited to me for deduction of full amount from my HDFC Credit card by 0% EMI for 6 months. But they have instantly after order deduced Rs 4180/- from my HDFC Credit Card (as it should Rs 800 per month for 6 months). I am not in position to make full payment from my credit card. So i have logged many complaints to there customer complaint with reference no mentioned below. It was wrong commitment to me and i want it to be deduced through EMI process. I want apart from Rs 800 remaining amount to be credited back to my HDFC credit card as soon as possible. Payment of my credit card is 2 Feb 2012 and if i will not pay amount to credit and interest will be borned by Tata Sky if they have not done redressal to my complaint before the date. TATA SKY DTH — wrong charging
Dear sir,i herelike to tell you that, That i purchased one TATA SKY plus & call their call center to install the system, when the technician was came at home only my mother was there & she phone me to talk the technician to tell him the location to install the arial, and i told him not to installed in my balcony because in evening & morning we ususaly sit there with family, and any other place he can install eiter on roof or any side wall, but when i came to home from office i saw it was install in my balcony, i immediatly call there call center & inform him that the technician installed the arial on the wrong location & request them to change the location to roof and the telecaller accept the issue & confirm me that the location will be changed without any extra charge, after this 4-5 days passed but no one came & unexpectedly i recieved a feedback call on my cell phone then again i told them about my issue & they assured me to solve the problem but again the same scean no one came to resolve the issue. after a week i again call their call center this time when i lose my temper & shoutem on them the asked me for the service charge of shifting the location of arial, & told them about the full case then she assured my that no charges i have pay & this time they provide me service free of cost but after 3-4 days i recieved a massage on my tv screen that Rs 350 is charged for shifting the location of arial.
