[Resolved] Tata Sky — STB NOT FUNCTIONING | |||
I have been a TATA SKY user for some time now, MY problem started when I shifted to there HD STB. TATA SKY HD STB is a not at all recommended. Recently I had a problem with the new STB, I requested are service Eng to see it, they changed the STB (9th Jul 2012) and charged me 225/- Now again the STB is not working. On complaining about that they changes the STB with another old one on 23 July 2012 and charged me agian amt Rs. 225/- Now there is no response even after my complain. regards ajit Was this information helpful? | |||

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They have a scheme of 90 days wherein if anything goes wrong within 90 days of the service visit, you will not be charged. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and get you a new HD STB.
