[Resolved] Tata Sky — Subscriber Id [protected]:Non acknowledgement Of Annual payment | |||
I have paid Rs2200/ to Tata sky on 13/08/2013 vide transaction id [protected] for their "Annual mix dhamal pack" as mentioned in their brocheur .It was confirmed over phone by their office personel and I received a confirmation msg in my registered mobile in this regard. But now i am receiving repeated msg in my mobile and on TV screen that my present balance is Rs 10/ and monthly payment is payable within 29/09/2013, non payment of which will attract penalty. I suggest you to try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out.
