Tata Sky — The box we ordered n made payments has not been delivered we ordered In december | |||
In December we ordered tata sky hd+. Due to concealed wiring problem they could not fix it . In march we called them n asked what happened ? They said as the work could not b done we have policy to cancel the request n return the money back and when we checked nothing was refunded . On 7 march they called us n sId our billing people will contact u . No one called us. Then on 8 march we told them we don't want refund pls give us the box again they it is refunded there were no call from their side we were calling them regularly for the box and they agreed 11/2 week back and today when we called them to inquire they told us that they refunded our money back 3 days before ( which we will come to know in our month end statement) and if we want the box we need to pay the increased prices for box n installation Was this information helpful? | |||

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will help you out in getting your order processed. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and get the set top box installed and activated.
