My customer id for tatasky is [protected].i made a complaint 5 days ago regarding the malfunctioning of my tatasky.the concerned department sent an engineer by the name of raju whose telephone number is [protected] to my recent address.he did the signal test and slightly adjusted the dish and then left stating that my problem has been rectified.but i insisted on his staying back a little longer to properly check everything but he just left adding there will be no problem now.as soon as he left i saw that the problem has infact increased.i recieved a call from the banglore office asking about the status of my problem.i told them that my problem has not been rectified and ur engineer is also not responding to my calls.they assured that within 24 hrs my problem will be solved.but now 52 hrs have passed and no resolving of my problem yet.we are unable to watch tv since last 5 days.also we did the relocation of our tatasky ourselves but your services department has deducted relocation charges of rs.125/-from our account which is unjustified as we did not request for relocation and we installed Tatashy myself.We need our Rs.125 back also 5 days tata sky subscription charges needs to be refunded due to non service IMMEDIATELY.
