[Resolved]  Tata Sky — customer cheated by tata sky engineer

My subscriber id is [protected].On 2nd july 2011, I had called tata sky call centre for relocation of tata sky connection to my new house. They told me that i would be charged Rs.125 as relocation charges and I should first recharge my account. Also they said that i had been using the super saver package of Rs.275. At the same time i had informed them that i live in a multi-storey building and i would not require any additional wiring as it is already done internally in my building. Thereafter, I recharged my account with Rs.400.
On 4th july the tata sky engineer, Mr.Kuddus (mobile no:[protected]) came 2 my house and did the relocation. However,he had not brought any documents with him to be signed by me.On 15th july I got a message from tata sky that my account balance is Rs(-)422 and i should recharge immediately. I immediately called up tata sky and i was told that they had debited my account with Rs 500 for use of 40m metre cable and multiple switch as per the report of the engineer. They had debited my account without informing me and they had no documents signed by me which would have stated that any kind of cable or switch was used.I made a complain and they said that the matter would be resolved in 48 hours.
It has been 1 week and the matter is still pending. Everyday i call up tata sky call centre and Mr.Kuddus to return my balance but they are not interested and always i am told that the matter will be solved in 48 hours. Also they changed my package from Rs.275 to Rs.340 without informing me and for this they keep charging everyday.

I therefore, request you to please take immediate action and resolve my matter as soon as possible.
