Tata Sky — Worst Service

I got a call to upgrade the set top box to HD and I agreed for the same. Since Tuesday (1st Oct 2013) they have rescheduled the visit more than 10 times. Its highly unacceptable and irritating to wait for the service guy leaving all the work behind and he never turns up. Don’t we have any other work other than waiting and calling the service high again and again. The service is PATHETIC and complete waste of time. Nitin [protected]

I baught a new naked flat in May 2010 and builder gave settop box of TATA SKY as TATA SKY provided to all flats. I started living in the flat before Diwali. Just before I live in, I came to know that TATA SKY provided the list of DigiCard number that which settop box belongs to which flat...but mistakenly builder distributed, wrong settop box to wrong flat owner. Say that my settop box to others and others to me. Builder gave me numbers to call for connection...they are not turning up....not taking resposibility....Customer Call Centre told that the person who belongs to digicard u have should call us, then only we can connect at ur place. I convinced that u send the guy for installation, then I will manage with him as there is only 15 flates. Others who started living using alreday. They said that ok, within 48 hrs. person will call u. Today it completed 72 hrs., but no one turned up...I again contact builders office and ask for other number...the executive on that call ask for 350/- for connection charge....why? I want to get conncect my TATA SKY on urgent basis, at no extra cost of installation charge....otherwise I will convince my all friends of the building to put TATA SKY off and take other DTH.....
I have been trying to contact tatasky helpline for the past 1 1/2mnth..... I am put on long holds on the helpline and still not able to get thru. Staff gives fake name...so each time we call them and ask...there is no such person.

I WAS GIVEN TATA SKY WIYH MY NEW LG PLASMA.I HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER CARE SINCE 5 DAYS BUT TILL NOW NO NSTALLATION HAS TAKEN PLACE.EVERY TIME I M TOLD THAT THERE EXECUTIVE IS GOING TO CALL ME IN NEXT 4 HOURS.WHAT SHOULD I DO AS THE CLAIM MAKE BY COMPANY THAT INSTALLATION IS GOING TO BE CARRIED OUT WITHIN 72 HR NOW IT IS ALMOST 96+HOURS NOBODY HAS COME.MOST PATHETIC SERVICES I HAVE EVER SEEN
