Tata Sky — Wrong Promises | |||
My complaint is regarding the false promises and incorrect information given by numerous Tata Sky customer care executives. I moved in my house from one location to other location in the same city. What started as a promise to do removal and reinstall within same day has now shifted to four days window. (maximum time is 72 hours mind it). The biggest blow is the current airing of the tele-ad of "meeting time promises" when I myself was promised a cc executive visit on 3.30 pm evening and at 4 pm, I call him back to find that he will not come as the location is far away ( What a promise kept of self's declaration and that too when I call a person back, he never cared to call me even). That said, and numerous calls apart, I am sitting here with my DTH dish in my hand and waiting for a person to come (at his suitable timings, but when I will be in office). These executives can't understand the importance of a customer's limitations and work by their approaches. First and immensely harsh complaint against other wise my good experience with Tata Sky. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will help you out with the relocation and installation process. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and get the set top box installed in your new home.
