[Resolved] Tata Swach - Online Order - Damaged Goods Received — Tata SWACH Bulb not working properly | |||
Hi Sir, I had purchased TATA Swach on seeing its brand name and reliability. I had purchased it on 15th May 2010 from a dealer by name Shri Kumarans Stores at shivaji nagar in Bangalore. But with in 4 months the Red Indicator in Tata Swach Bulb came to bottom and the water was not getting purified properly I had contacted local delaer where they r asking me to go to Service Center but no one is aware where the service centre is located at bangalore. Even i called up the Tata Swach customer care even they are not providing proper information. It was promised in the catalog that the Bulb will purify 3000 litres of water but i don't think its capable of purifying even 1000 litres of water. Request the Tata Swach Team to provide me the proper information like your service center details and whether the Bulb is really capable to purifying 3000 litres of water or its just a statement for improving the sales. It was promised in the catalog that the Bulb will purify 3000 litres of water but i don't think its capable of purifying even 1000 litres of water. Arre Mr. Rao..in 4 months how could you have used only 1000 liters..were you using it only to cook vegetables??
An average family of 4 will ideally consume around 10 litres of water for drinking alone per day. Add the cooking and washing of fruits and vegetables to that and it goes to 20 litres. In 4months this comes to around 2400 litres. And dont tell me you havent had any geusts in the 4 months at all
Well I explained all this as I and another 15 families of our building are using the Tata swach filter since past 4 months and we are fully satisfied.

Our tata swach water purifier not work properly, bottom of the purifier some impure solid particals are stay.Is it a battery problem? or any other reason please solved the problem.

sir, we have purchase TATA SWACH before one week n now when we take out to wash his filter and after that we pack it again then we filter tha water then the water is not coming down .And when we call the customer call its not working .so please hepl it out .

please give the details for dealership of tata swach water purifier at yamuna nagar and panchkula, we are currently dealing in aqua red water purifiers in yamuna nagar and intrested in tata swach water purification systems dealership
am not happy with the tata swatch because it didint filter water 3000 ltrs but not even 500 Ltrs
