[Resolved] TATA TELESERVICE — PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED | |||
I have a Tata photon prepaid connection no. [protected] . I have been trying to get recharged since last 6 days but I am not able to do so, because of your pathetic service. I have your authorized Tata outlet as well other retailer also for the same, but I have been told that when they are trying to recharge getting response that invalid or unsucessful recharge and by Tata's outlet (at shoprix mall,Noida)I have been told that b'coz I have not recharged it more than last 6 months so this no has been deactivated but when I confirmed with your customer service they denied about it. Then after requesting no of time I was able to get raised my complaint,"complaint no. ntt[protected]". And then my trouble starts, I was asked by your executive my device no. that I gave her and then your executive asked me go to the Tata outlet and know thier "Demo no." but when I asked him about Demo no. they refused flatly and said that we don't give demo no. to any one then only I called to your executive told her about it then she said that ask the executive of outlet to talk to me, again they said no. Then she said to me that go to any other retailer and do the same fun there..otherwise I can't help you. Fist of all I would like to know whether these information are provided or not, if not why I was asked, so that I had to suffer that insult there b'coz executives at that outlet were not interested to talk to me and I was jus standing there and asking him again again. Second is this my job to resolve to solve your product's problem. Now this incident has forced me to write against Tata Photon to you, and all the online portals and sites and where ever I can.
