Harassment from collection dept

This is bring to notice, that in Oct 2012 i stopped using the tata datacard. I closed all the payment and informed the customer service to close the a/c and collect the data card. For which the response was not to use the data card, but can hold the data card for the next 6month without paying anything later i can decide. Repeated automatic cutting
