Tata Teleservices — Disgusting customer care service, TATA | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, We are using TATA 2GB data card on Annual Rental plan valid until Dec 10, 2011. Until September 2011 the billing statements are coming correctly. In October billing statement showing an outstanding amount of Rs.827/- though it is under annual rental plan. The complaint no they have given[protected] since then the past one month I have been escalating this matter from Customer care department to Nodal Officer but the issue status is the same and receiving multiple calls/chain of alert mails every day from Customer care department for the clearance of outstanding amount. It is really disgusting to explain and forwarding the correspondence every time to each and every person in customer care executive with no end result. They are bothered to enquire but will not resolve. We received again November statement which is showing the double the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
