I had given in disconnection request in March 2016 and paid the bill of 1258/- that was generated for March and technician had come to the premise and had disconnected the wiring too. But there was a bill of 406/- that was generated for April month and asked to pay the amount.
Spoken with customer care officer - Banu priya . S and explained that there was not internet service given from Feb last week till March mid week and hence I had placed the disconnection request. She confirmed that the cancellation request has been taken 8th March 2016 but had disconnected temporarily. Upon asking What is temporary and permanent disconnection, she had asked me to make the payment for Feb-March 16 bill amount of 1258 and would waive off 406/-.
Today I had received a legal note asking me to pay 1000/- else legal proceedings will be made. Looks like the team is more interested in money than providing services. They make customers pay full and threaten even if services are not provided.
This doesn't change in how they operate yet this is cheating their customers. Was this information helpful? |
