I am receiving e-notice from swift. Ta. [protected]@gmail.com (Mr. Shaikh) for an amount due of rs. 583/-
This has happened a year back -
I had cancelled the connection still in the following month i was asked to pay rs. 583/-
Why?? What for? I never consumed any services post my cancellation request.
I had talked to tata customer care regarding the same on the phone. And now this e-notice!!!
This is unfair and harassing for the consumer. Please do something about this to ensure this doesn't happen for future customers.. There is some issue with the tracking of the cancellation requests or the software.

Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed that, the applicant tata tele services ltd, pune with regard to the outstanding billing amount of rs.583 /- has arranged a pre-litigation lok-adalat on saturday 09/07/2016 at 11.00 a. M. Till 3.00 pm. It is contended that you have availed services of tata tele services ltd., but failed to pay the above mentioned billing amount. The particulars of which are as under:-

3. Total outstanding amount :- 583 /-

Taking into consideration the aforesaid contentious issues, it is expedient for referring your matter at pre-litigation stage to lok-adalat u/s. 19 (5) (Ii) of the legal services authority act, 1987 for final determination.

Hence you are requested to remain present at 11.00 a. M. Till 3.00 pm on 09-july-16 at district court, shivaji nagar, pune for amicably settlement.
