Hi - Its just one month that I have taken your broadband connection
& I

sorry to say that the response is terrible.
I took a speed of 4 MBPS & I don't get even 256 KBPS speed.
On my complaints I am being told that there is bandwidth problem. I
am
hearing this for the past 15 days.
I don't understand that if there is a bandwidth problem then are
you
selling the connections & fooling innocent people.
Internet is required by me to do my work & my all work is getting
badly
affected.
THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM TATA...
Please resolve it immediately and if you can't resolve the same

have no option but to cancel the connection.
