Tata Teleservices — Internet Connection Suspension | |||
I had posted this " I had taken Tata Indicom internet connection. Their representative came to our place to take address proof and he had told us that after verification of documents the connection would get initiated , after three days it got active. Then one day suddenly it got disconnected, when inquired they said, they could not verify the address. Fine I said how they can, they said our representative would come to your place, only Mon-Fri office hours, fine I took a day off. I was assured by their Bangalore manager who sits on following number [protected]. I took off and started following up intially this guy said yeah our person would come, now they have in fact switched off the phone. When I call the call canter from last 3 days they are giving same answer , our systems are down we can't fetch your details. Now they have replied to my complaint mail , that I should go to their office to submit my documents. My complaint is why should I go, have they eaten my documents ? Why they cash the check before doing the verification ? Why they, at first place, started the connection when things were not verified. My id is [protected]. I am surprised by negligent and lethargic nature of this company's people. I do not know whom to call as individuals from TATA have turned out to be liars and Call center itself is in mess. " Now this post seems to be have been deleted. Well after posting this immediately I get call from Tata people, one Mr. Santosh from no. [protected] and he assured me that his men would come even in evening i.e. at 20:00 to do address verification. The guy who was supposed to come called, bearing phone no. [protected] and he said give me your details and if somebody calls then tell them I had been to your place. Now that guy hasn't come and my internet is still down. :( I am surprised 3 days ago they were adamant that the verification could be done only Mon-Fri only 9-5, today they are willing to come at 20:00 as well. I would be happy to see some practical answer and then resolution by any manager of theirs instead of some standard junk of apologies.
