[Resolved] Tata Teleservices Ltd — Wrong billing for phone number [protected] | |||
Dear Sir, 1.This is with regard to my account number[protected] with Tata Teleservices 2.I wish to mention herein that I have been a customer of Tata Tele for the last 5 years. I have taken two connections in this account one is a mobile and the other one is for my data card. 3.I had taken an unlimited type plan of Rs. 699 but as my usage had reduced I had requested customer care to put me in a plan wherein the charges are less. They had suggested me to take a plan of Rs. 150 wherein I will get 300 mins free usage and subsequent every 1MB will be charged @ Rs.1/=. I took that plan wef from December billing cycle. 4.But to my surprise I am astonished to see a bill of Rs. 3907.00. When I was being charged Rs. 699 previously suddenly now I am being chrged Rs. 3907 in just 10 days. Moreover on this pretext my phone and data card has been blocked which is unwarranted for. 5.I was kept in dark and was told about a plan which did not exist else there is no rhyme or reason that I will take this plan. Though I have made the payment but it is unjustified and want my excess money to be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||
