[Resolved]  Tata Teleservices Ltd — Unauthorised charges

Dear Sir, This is in reference to the letter sent to me by Tata Teleservices Limited, A Block, Silicon Terraces, 30/1, Hosur Main Road, Koramagala, Bangalore- 560095 you via SA Associates with reference to the outstanding payment. To provide you the background, I had taken the Tata Docomo mobile connection on 23/02/2013 for which initially I had paid Rs 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only). I have been told that this amount will be adjusted for three month (100/- per month). I have experience problem from the day 1 I have paid the money for connection. To take the connection, it took more than one week, where as other service providers provide connections within one or two days. While taking the connection, I had opted for Tariff 199 monthly plan and 2G internet Rs 50/- per month with a option 2GB free download per month. After getting the connection, within 2 days, I have received SMS on 25/02/2013 that my unbilled amount is Rs 836.98 (Eight hundred and thirty six and ninety eight paise only) and has crossed the credit limit of Rs 300. I received one more sms on 26/02/2013, the usage is 1008.24 and immediately my outgoing was barred. Later, I received a bill for paying an amount of 1344/-. I have followed up with the TATA Docomo since then, and no one able to solve this issue till today. I checked with the TATA Docomo customer care and found that my internet service is not activated. Later I was followed up by the customer care who where forcing me to make the payment without providing the explanation which I requested for several times. I had also forwarded the details of queries to the specified e-mail ssbcommunication.[protected]@gmail.com. I was also asked that "As per your mail and dispute in the billing as you mention, After rework on the bill you as to make the payment of 338/- for the same, Kindly make the payment and close the acct number". When I asked for explanation why I should pay amount, I was again tortured by the customer care several times. I would also like to inform you that most of your customer care personnel have misbehaved over the phone in a unprofessional manner while I wanted to provide explanation While checking my account I could see that I have been charged for internet Rs.1037.85 (One thousand thirty seven and eighty five paise only) for 101.35 MB usage. When I have opted for 2GB free download per month option, how I have been charged for 101 MB (I have attached the screen shot for your reference)? This is unacceptable…!!! I could clearly see lack of transperency with the organisation which did not want to solve the problem in a amicable manner. I have attached the copy of the letter with the screen shot from my account with respect to usage for your reference. The letter from SA Associates, has further created mental turmoil to me. I have received a notice saying that I need to make the payment immediately along with legal charges of Rs 500/-. I would request you to provide justice to me at the earliest and help to come out of this mental torture. Thanks for understanding Regards manohar
