Tata Teleservices — No Service In Spite of Payment done in advance | |||
I wanted to install a new internet connection at my office and was approached by Mr Pradeep Mishra(M:[protected]) representing Tata Teleservices. I gave the papers necessary along with 6 months of advance rentals. I was also promised a wifi router as a part of the promotion. I handed him the cheque on 23rd April 2012. He promise that the connection should be available in a couple of days. As said, the wiring was done and the internet was started. The internet started and was deactivated within a day. When we called Mr Pradeep, he insisted I speak to Mr Ajay Mishra who had installed the connection. He said there was no technical issue but the connection was deactivated due to non payment. I checked with my bank and I was told that the payment has been cleared on the 26th of April. So I bought it to their notice. Repeated calls to the call center and they kept saying payment is pending. Now they said that the payment on another account was delayed. So I made additional payments to that account since I wanted the internet to be active. It has been almost a week and there is no internet. I have also spoken to Mr Dhananjay Mishra(M: [protected]) who is Senior Sales Manager and he assured me that the issue will be resolved. It has been 2 days since that and he has shown little interest in resolution. At this stage I have no faith in this company and I would like a full refund of the advance rentals as well as the loss of business we have had over the last one week.
