Received mail from Tata Teleservices regarding non-payment/overdue which is totally
wrong. They are behaving unprofessionally.... They forgot they have big name of
TATA with them and spoiling his name..
We bought the tata photon and paid one time payment of Rs.5000/- for
using the tata photon for six months only and we were told that
whenever this duration of six months will be finished we will be asked
again to get it renewed by paying Rs.5000/- again for six months (or
any other prevalent plan at that time).
To our surprise, we have never asked to renew the service after six
months you have started claiming the overdue payment. We are having
the tata photon instrument with us which we never used after the
finish of last date of initial six months.
Their customer care executives keep on calling but no one would like to
understand the situation, everyone listen to whole matter and then
promise to get back with proper solution but never returns.
We request Tata to go through your proposal, our payment and we did not ask for
renewal. I have clearly mentioned to your customer care executive who
was approaching again and again for renewal that Madam once I make the
payment of Rs.5000/- for anohter six months then only start our
services.
In above circumstances, we are not liable to pay any money to Tata.
Infact in case they keep on harrassing we can also go make complaint in
appropriate authoriities.
