[Resolved] Tata Teleservices — Incorrect bill and Collection calls | |||
Last week I received call from collection agent to pay the due of Rs. 2443/- . If there is some mistake from my end, I would be more happy to pay the dues. But here it is complete mistake from Tata Teleservices. I have taken unlimited plan, with the promotional offer of first 2 months free. But unfortunate part is from first month itself I received the bill of 1824.00. When I called up customer service, they advised Tata Teleservices will rectify the issue and advised not to pay the bill. I haven’t received any follow-up call back from Tata Teleservices. Here are the list of follow-ups I made. In October I spoke to customer service person name Joyti and received Complaint number[protected]. She promised SLA for resolution 36 hours. In November 18th , Since I have received any resolution from Tata Teleservices I called up again. Person named Jithender spoke to me and gave new complaint number:[protected] Even no action then, I continue to follow up again and got another complaint number:[protected]. In meantime my service has been bared due to non-payment of the bill. I am not sure is this the way it works. If I have taken unlimited service and promotion of 2 free months then do I should get bill? Also registered online Complaint has been successfully registered.Please note the Complaint No : 244119 for future reference. I want you to advice how should I take it forward.
