[Resolved] Tata Teleservices — fraud billing system | |||
I am using a phone of tata since 2001 and my billing was approxmately 400/- per month in the month of december company cut my outgoing telling that your credit limit exeeds. When I enquire they admitted the falt in their server and told me to deposit approx 500 and the phone will get activited and i follow them and do the same. But unfortunately they again cut my outgoing as well as incoming call just after 20 days. Then onwards I have contacted many times and every time one gents or ladies called me saying i am from the settlement department chandigarah, Every time i told them the fact and they promised me that their senior will resolve the case. On 20th april i received the call and one gents person told me if you pay 1435 / rupees i will open your incomming and outgoing. I trust as the person told me he is from settlement department. I have the paid the bill bearing receipt no4220940 dated 20/4/11. Till today i have not got any response about my phone and when i contacted 121 customer care they told me you have to pay further 1500/-. As a consumer i feel i have been chited and the curruption made by tata tele services has to be stoped. Was this information helpful? | |||
