Tata Teleservices — Wrongly Billed

I am customer of Tata Teleservices from more then 2 years, i am paying bills on time and everything was fine. In March 2012 i asked for the Advance rental plan (DS413) for the first time, I have been told to pay my bill first because I was having rental plan till that day. I paid the bill Rs. 661 on 26th March 2012 and the customer care person also told me to pay the Advance Rental to start the new Advanced Rental Plan, so I paid Rs. 3304 (i.e. 6 months advance rent) on same day 26th March 2012. Then it took few days to start the plan, so again bill of Rs. 191 came, which I paid on 24 April 2012, because I was knowing that it took few days to start that advance rental plan. The plan should have last atleast till 22 Sept. 2012. Then I asked customer care person in May that I want to change the plan to DS415 (1Mbps speed) then how the amount I have paid in advance will be adjusted, he said the amount will be adjusted on prorata basis (Per day rate as per plan), as usually happens everywhere in Telecom. And he said they can’t take the plan change request on phone, so I have to mail to [protected]@tatatel.co.in, I did the same and asked for plan change from DS413 to DS415 on 26th May 2012, the plan was not having proper speed so I again sent an email on 25th June 2012 to change the Plan from DS415 to DS413.

The problem appeared when i recieved bill of Rs. 5478 on 23rd June 2012. It was unexpected but i thought it must be showing some unbilled amout the after 6 months everything will be fine, but again in next month, on 23rd July 2012 i recieved bill of Rs. 8899, which was showing unbilled amount of Rs. 5478. I got shocked and wrote email to Tata Docomo on 25th july 2012, from that day till today there was no solution and today they mailed me saying the amount can not be adjusted.
Billing department people said I have been charged this amount Rs. 8899/- for the advance rental of the plans I changed on 26th May and 25th June. What does that mean the amount I paid in advance has become zero when I changed plan first time, and you levied DS415 advanced rental on me and again the same amount has become zero when I changed plan and you again levied advanced rental of plan DS413.

Do you think it’s correct that all the amount I paid becomes zero when I change plan and most importantly why this have not been conveyed to me instead I have been told that the deduction will be on daily basis?

On phone they accept the miscommunication and assure to solve the problem after checking the details but couldn't sort so far. In Tata Docomo gallery they says, Tata teleservices is not our product we can't help it, the link they send for feedback doesn't open ever and In mail they just give the request number, nothing more then that. Some request numbers are as follows:-
1.[protected], dated 25th july. 2012.
2.[protected], dated 25th Aug. 2012.
3.[protected], dated 27th Aug. 2012.
4.[protected], dated 10th Sept. 2012.

Now from last 15 days the internet has been suspended, i am tired of calling, mailing and running to there Service gallery but nobody responding, Kindly help.

TATA Indicom — Wrongly Claiming for the Bill amt.

Respected Sir,
I had a Tata walky connection 5 years back which i used for about 6-8 months and then i disconnected the connection clearing all the bill amt.And now i bought a new Tata connection (Photon)on the but they have discontinued the service and claiming the previous amount.My new ID no is[protected] this id no is of new Tata photon connection..
i request you sir to look into this matter as am facing lots of inconvience.

Came across the same problem . I am not willing to pay any advance rental as i was not informed for the same .
