[Resolved] Tata — Voltas AC | |||
The brand new Voltas split AC i purchased from Vijay Sales Goregaon West has given me 2 problems in 1 months usage: 1. Water leaking from AC falling inside the house. 2. No cooling at all. i puchase a voltas a/c 1.5 ton in may 2011.from very 1st day.it is not working properly.more than 5 times i complaint to tata company.and now i again done complaint to tata on 30 july-2011.but since their is no solution of my product.complaint no-30jl3003211.company say,s we do not have the part of a/c.so i want to say,that what should i do,that u don,t have the part of a/c.
