[Resolved] Tata Voltas AC — Remote not working | |||
I have purchased Voltas Vertis Plus 1.5 ton AC 2 years back. Recently there was some problem with remote and it was not working properly. I logged a complain (No. 11AP2302171) on 24 April. On 25 April some guy from service dealer (Madhu Cool Centre) visited to my home and said remote need to be repaired and took the remote with him. Since then my remote is with service dealer and they don’t bother to reply. I talked to Voltas customer care again they said they will get it fixed but no action. I again talked to Voltas customer care and they gave me a new complain number 11MY0902542. But no action has been taken yet. The customer care at Voltas is useless and pathetic. It sounds funny but seems they have stolen my remote. Was this information helpful? | |||
