[Resolved]  Tata Walky — Cheating

Dear Sir,

My name is Saugata Kar. a victim of a poor customer support of tata indicom. About 7/8 months ago I was called by one of a representatives from Tata and discusses a combo pack offer. I liked the plan and wanted to have it for my home. After a couple of days a representative came and done the needful works. At that time I donot have any address proof as I shifted in a new flat. I talked to him and he just told me that he only need a simple address proof such as telephone bill, and so I suggessted him that will mt Vodafone post paid bill will do or not ? He saw and advised me that as the vodafone bill was a postpaid bill and has my address printed on it it will work. My connection has been activated on that very day. But after 7 days my connected was deactivated by to lack of address proof. Also after a month I got a call from tata that my bill is Rs 1200/, I asked him that how can
a telephone reach to Rs 1200/ after running for 7/8 days only. I told him to send any representative to my address and activate my telephone and I will definitely going to pay the bills.

All was silent, no one came and I also submit my bill. After 4/5 months I got a call from "Arun Goswami" a advocate that tata has done a case and If i donot pay Rs 1200 they will charge me Rs 5000, In the mean time another representative came and took my documents and promised me that everything will be ok. Till now after 5 days my connection is not yet activated. I have paid that Representative Rs 200/ for new connection and also has paid Rs 1000/ for the telephone phone. Now whenever I called that Representative he never pick up my phone.

I have paid for the Combo Pack : Rs 1700

I have paid the bill Rs 1000

I have paid for reconnection : Rs 200

Total Lost : Rs 2900/

I just wanted to tell everyone Please donot take tata connections they are all cheaters. They never care for the public. They are Just thieves.

TATA SUCKS

Is there anyobne who can help me otherwise I think I will do a case against TATA via Consumer Rights
