[Resolved]  Taxi Fare — high Taxi Fare charged

Sir and Madam,

I, the undersigned, took a taxi (MH-03/AT1576) (Taxi driver without uniform) from Diamond Garden , Chembur towards Kalina. The Taxi driver asked whether to go by meter or a lumpsum charge. I opted for the meter and the meter charges at different points are as follows:

1. From Diamond Garden, Chembur to Chembur Petrol Pump - Indicator showed - INR 62;
2. At Suman Nagar Signal - INR 82.50;
3. At Sion Signal - INR 121.00;
4. At Sion Station - INR 134.00;
5. Near Dawoodi Bohra Kabristan - INR 159.00
6. Near the Kurla Signal (towards BKC) - INR 202.00
7. BKC road towards CST road - INR 216.00
8. Raheja Centre off CST road - INR 251.00

Total travel time approx 45 minutes.

I am not sure if this is the correct charges been indicated on the meter. Kindly take this up and inform accordingly.
